Return & Exchange Policy
At MZ Handlooms, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handloom sarees. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Sale or discounted items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at monikaperiwal18@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at monikaperiwal18@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
MZ Handlooms reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
